EU-ABC Business Mission to Vietnam 2025 — Day 3

26 November 2025 – The third day of the EU-ASEAN Business Council’s Vietnam Business Mission continued with a full programme of meetings across key ministries and government agencies, providing opportunities to exchange views on policy developments and areas for collaboration.

Meetings were held with:

Ministry of Agriculture and Environment – Vice Minister Lê Công Thành: covering Vietnam’s green economy growth, recycling policies, animal husbandry initiatives, and public-private collaboration opportunities.
Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism – Standing Vice Minister Lê Hải Bình: exchanging views on tourism promotion, culture, wellness, and gastronomy.
Ministry of Home Affairs – International Cooperation Department Director General Lưu Quang Tuấn: reviewing Vietnam’s administrative reform, public health initiatives, and industry competitiveness.
Department of Customs – Deputy Director General Âu Anh Tuấn: exchanging views on customs reform, digital integration, anti-smuggling measures, and verification procedures.
Ministry of Construction – Vice Minister Nguyễn Văn Sinh: discussing sustainable development goals, infrastructure planning, and collaboration opportunities linked to automotive and aviation sectors.
State Bank of Vietnam – Deputy Governor Nguyễn Ngọc Cảnh: covering macroeconomic policy directions, financial market developments, and data governance matters.

Discussions have been highly constructive, with both sides – government and industry – eager to keep the momentum going and explore more avenues for cooperation.
