24 November 2025 – The EU-ASEAN Business Council kicked off its fifth and final Business Mission of the year in Hanoi, Vietnam, with a delegation of 120 representatives from European companies and organisations across the region.
Our first day featured two high-level engagements with:
- H.E. Trần Thanh Mẫn, Chairman of the National Assembly
- EU Delegation to Vietnam: Minister Counsellor and Head of Trade Section Ulrich Weigl
Discussions focused on Vietnam’s economic progress and future outlook, as well as business priorities in key sectors such as healthcare, energy, and digital regulation. The meetings reaffirmed the strong potential for deepening EU–Vietnam economic cooperation and strengthening public–private collaboration.
