(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ លោក Chris Humphrey នាយកប្រតិបត្តិ និងជាទីប្រឹក្សាជំនួញនៃ EU-ASEAN រួមទាំងក្រុមធុរជនចំនួន ២៣រូបទៀត ប្តេជ្ញានឹងគាំទ្រការងារអាទិភាពរបស់ក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន ដែលផ្តោតលើភាពស្អាត ភាពបៃតង ចីរភាព ដើម្បីជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍដោយចីរភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។ ក្រុមធុរជន EU-ASEAN បានលើកឡើងបែបបនេះ ក្នុងពេលទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយលិកបណ្ឌិត អ៊ាង សុផល្លែត រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន នៅថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នាទីស្តីការក្រសួង។ ជាមួយការថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះក្រុមធុរជនអឺរ៉ុប ដែលមានគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមក្នុងការគាំទ្រដល់ការងារអាទិភាពរបស់ក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន, លោករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន ក៏បានជំរុញឱ្យអ្នកវិនិយោគទាំងអស់ គិតគូរលើការវិនិយោគទាំងឡាយណា ដែលផ្តល់អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជាដោយផ្ទាល់ ជាក់ស្តែងដូចជា ការអភិវឌ្ឍរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន Bamboo នៅខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ ដែលបានផ្តល់ប្រាក់ចំណូលដល់ប្រជាសហគមន៍ តាមរយៈការកែច្នៃឫស្សីដែលទិញពីប្រជាសហគមន៍ និងផ្តល់ប្រាក់ចំណូលដែលបានមកពីការលក់ទៅឱ្យប្រជាសហគមន៍វិញ ដែលនេះជាការលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាសហគមន៍ កាត់បន្ថយការធ្វើចំណាកស្រុក និងបានចូលរួមចំណែកជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការកាត់បន្ថយភាពក្រីក្របានថែមមួយកម្រិតទៀត។ សូមរម្លឹកជូនថា ការជំរុញ និងផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យមានការវិនិយោគពីធុរជនអឺរ៉ុប-អាស៊ាននេះ គឺស្របតាមគោលដៅយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ចំណុចទី៥ នៃគោលនយោបាយការបរទេសឯករាជ្យដោយផ្អែកលើច្បាប់ កសាងមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការល្អជាមួយដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍យ៉ាងសកម្ម ដើម្បីសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព សន្តិសុខ និងវិបុលភាពក្នុងតំបន់ និងពិភពលោក៕ https://freshnewsasia.com/index.php/en/localnews/315293-2023-10-24-14-57-28.html
