The EU-ABC published its recommendations to help shape the development of the ASEAN Digital Economy Framework Agreement (DEFA) that is currently being negotiated.
“Advancing ASEAN’s Digital Economic Landscape” presents real-world examples of challenges of doing business while navigating the region’s complex digital terrain, and offers strategic and pragmatically implementable suggestions to overcome these stumbling blocks. We hope these private sector recommendations will go towards collaboratively building a DEFA that is theoretically sound, practically viable, addresses the needs of businesses both big and small, and is supportive of innovation and growth.
